Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello.ohsocute@gmail.com.
When reaching out, please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review the situation and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items, self-care products, opened items, or products that have been used.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Oh So Cute is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
